Probably in 2002, my husband suggested I run to get more cardio exercise.
Fun Facts:
Three food items I became to like in the past year or so are dark chocolate, beans, and dates.
Since the new year in 2020, I haven't had beer for 6 months. Instead, I started drinking a lot of non-dairy milk.
My favorite non-dairy milk is soy milk!
