Long-Term Running Goals:
Longer term, I want to run a 2:50 marathon and I want to get into ultra-running. A big goal of mine is also to eventually run the Speed Project race with a team and run in more countries, as well as complete all 6 majors (still need New York, Tokyo, London, and Berlin).
Most Memorable Race:
So far, it's my 2:55 PR at Indy Marathon in 2018 and Boston Marathon in 2018. Indy was by far my best run race mentally and physically. I ran a 1:29 and came back in a 1:26. Everything added up and I got out of my head and let training do the work. Breaking 3 hours and doing it by 5 mins at the same time was overwhelming in the best of ways.
Boston 2018 has to be here too - it was POURING, WINDY, and just an overall whirlwind of a race. I ran a 3:00:30 marathon even though the odds were completely stacked against me weather wise. I have endless stories from this race - it will go down in history and anyone that runs it gets it.
I am still just so proud of myself for both of these races and I don't say this often about myself.
Fun Facts:
I am a beer and coffee enthusiast!
I used to do BMX until I was 17 years old.
I got hit in the face by a foul ball that Gordon Beckham hit in the bottom of the 7th inning at a White Sox game in 2014 and it broke my nose, gave me 2 black eyes, and gave me a concussion. I still have the ball!

Solo or With Friends?:
Both! I love my solo run because it's my form of therapy and even creative flow and disconnect time. I also love running with friends because of the conversations and ability to really push each other in workouts and even pull each other through longer runs.
